Strength & Conditioning Coaching in Central London
Structured development of strength, power, movement quality and physical capacity, coached one-to-one at 1 Orchard Street.
Structure, Assessment and Progression
Strength and conditioning at MVP begins with assessment rather than assumption. Movement, strength, capacity and recovery are reviewed so that the programme starts from an appropriate point and progresses with purpose.
Training is then organised around clear priorities: building strength, expressing it as power, improving the quality of movement and increasing the capacity to tolerate training and everyday demand.
The approach is informed by more than 20 years of coaching, including professional athletes from NFL, Premier League football and Premiership Rugby environments, and is applied individually to each client.
